[Mnbird] Unidentified Bird Sighting

During the Wabasha CBC at one of my favorite stops that has in previous
years yielded rarities including Townscends Solitaire and Varied Thrush, we
had a large white raptor with a beige back? (or head) flash by us flying
through the woods at below eye level. I saw the bird for perhaps a second.
Flight was silent. Size was consistent with a Red-tail. Behavior does not
fit anything I have found in the state, except perhaps a Coopers.
