[Mnbird] Swallows swooping

This morning,
a cotillion of swallows swooped (and likely swallowed)
above the river
soaring and then looping down and around,
swirling and spiraling
a whirl of birds
shearing the air

There are dozens, perhaps a hundred, maybe more.
It is sheer delight on the wing.
