[Mnbird] avian influenza transmission

A very interesting discussion here.  In the previous outbreak (2014?)
poultry operations were extremely careful to avoid its introduction, but
then I saw trucks traveling on highways loaded with poultry and feathers
flew from the back of the trucks.  Could this not be a major factor in
transmission?  Has transport been modified to prevent this?  Just asking.
