[Mnbird] screech owls

[Raymond Faber]

At 8:00 this morning in broad daylight, a screech owl began calling very
near the house.  I went outside to check on it and another flew from even
nearer the house.  Any explanations for this behavior?  The calls are
frequent (>1/minute) and continue at 8:20.
