  Work has been prodding, pushing, dragging and lifting me about the country. I love what I do, but it was nice to be home for a day. Baltimore Orioles, Nashville Warblers, Rose-breasted Grosbeaks, persistent White-throated Sparrows, White-crowned Sparrows, a flock of Pine Siskins and a great number of lovely Harris's Sparrows made me feel welcome. The nyjer feeders bloomed in American Goldfinches. It's all good.
