[Mnbird] Sax-Zim (No Sightings)

Greetings,
I was hoping that northern birders might provide some info on Great Gray Owl and Sharp-tailed Grouse (looks like Ivory Gull is out, Gyrfalcon still in).  I may in up at Sax-Zim next week, and wanted to know where within the bog these two species might be readily found.  I did notice that most birders started around 8am.  Is this the best time for these species, or do they show-up at other times?  Any help would be appreciated.
