<html><body><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"><div>For the past several years a large number of Ring Billed Gulls have nested on the flat roofs of a couple of commercial buildings on Excelsior Blvd. near 17th ave south in Hopkins. Now they are knocking the buildings down, I think because of the SW light rail construction.
