<DIV>Peter Nichols found an American Golden-plover on the <U>RUNWAY </U>of Lake 

Elmo Airport on Sunday. </DIV>

<DIV>Now this could be a phenomenon seen only at peak migration for the plovers 

but;</DIV>

<DIV>while birding at Park Point yesterday there were 3 plovers on the airport 

runway (Black-bellied and Am Golden). </DIV>

<DIV>If Peter hadn’t told us about the Sunday bird we never would have seen

<DIV>There were also several other Plovers at Park Point ball fields(3)  

and beach (5). </DIV>
