I saw it about 12:45 first sitting on the fence which surrounds the piles of sand/gravel. You can park in the parking lot near the playground and walk that nice blacktopped trail toward the gravel piles. It flew from the fence to other perches while being stalked by photographers with long lenses. It is an amazing specimen!!! </P>
