We just started seeing redpolls at our feeder a few weeks ago and
suddenly have had flocks of pine siskins appear - even a few Evening
Grosbeaks with the Pine Grosbeaks (and Evenings have been rarer and
rarer for us).<br>

had a flock of pine siskins come through to my great excitement, since
their presence was the first in many years. I suspect, though without
proof, that relatively few people feed birds in Duluth and so it is not
all that fertile feeding grounds.</div>

3 about noon a flock of 20+ Common & Hoary Redpolls flew into our
feeding area. They would feed, and then fly all at once to the top of a
60 foot Red Oak repeatedly. About 45 minutes later they all headed
South.<br>
We are in SW Lino Lakes, Anoka County.<br>
