[Mnbird] Crows

There are two pair of crows that have adopted my bird baths to shred and soften their food. Guessing they have young? The range of food has been amazing...fish, frogs, birds (robin eggs too), rabbit, squirrel and a perfect young painted turtle shell completely cleaned out. While extremely interesting and amusing to watch them slosh the parts through the water, it sure makes for messy bird baths!!!

washing food would be unusual for a crow. Maybe it found out that the food would slide down better. Crows exhibit all types of unusual behavior. There are corvids and this group arev Quite adaptive to changing habitats/environments.
