[Mnbird] harrier

Yesterday a harrier was seen hunting along Henderson Road south of
Ridgeway, MN.  I do not recall ever seeing a harrier in December, let alone
in snow-covered habitat.  In the same area last week a rough-legged hawk
was seen, the surest sign I know of the arrival of winter!
