Birds observed yesterday afternoon (April 6) at Wirth Park, Minneapolis:

Canada Goose

Wood Duck (2 pairs)

Blue-winged Teal (one bird -perhaps the female was already hidden by the
reeds)

Mallard

Mourning Dove

Red-tailed Hawk

Red-bellied Woodpecker

Hairy Woodpecker

Northern Flicker

Eastern Phoebe

American Crow

Black-capped Chickadee

Golden-crowned Kinglet

Red-winged Blackbird

Northern Cardinal

Brewer’s/Rusty Blackbird
