[Mnbird] Lk Harriet update

For you urban birders, there's some nice waterfowl on Lake Harriet right now. Over a hundred common goldeneyes and individuals or pairs of hooded mergansers, bufflehead, green-winged teal. A merlin zipped over the Rose Gardens too!
