[Mnbird] Wisc. roadkill raptors

I just returned from a trip to northern Illinois on I94/I90, and observed that road-killed mammals are not being removed in Wisconsin.  And, as a result, I saw possibly 20 road-killed raptors that probably had been dining on the dead mammals.  In the rural areas, the road-kill mammals might be as frequent as every few miles.  A sad situation.
