A couple of birders received texts/calls that the bird appeared at 3:43PM Friday and posted as such to the Minnesota Birding FB page. That is all the information I have.

Here, again, is the post by Andy Forbes to the Minnesota Birding FB page yesterday:

"Possible CURVE-BILLED THRASHER, Grand Rapids, Minnesota (Itasca County). This bird has been seen multiple times over the last month or so at a bird feeder at the home of Marta and Dan Carrigan at 605 NE 11th Ave. in Grand Rapids. The picture doesn't show it, but they described it as a grayish bird with yellowish eyes. They welcome visitors, however they ask that people 1) NOT park in front of the white house on the corner next to theirs, and 2) otherwise observe good birding etiquette: don't block driveways, mailboxes, don't walk across other peoples yards, etc. Anytime of the day (within reason) is fine to visit but they prefer between 8AM-5PM. They did mention dogs in the house that may bark so no need to check in unless you see that someone is home. Good luck!"
