This weekend we had our FOY hummingbird, also spotted two brown thrashers,
doing, uh, thrashing, and a veery, hopping and darting after various wee
crawly things in the grass after it was mowed. (At the edge of a wet
thicket.)
Numerous orioles also were visiting our jelly feeder, and chattering at us
angrily when we dared to work in the garden adjacent to it.

accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.
