McLeod County Birding Day
Field Trip Report
 
With the Help of Bernice Hall, our group observed 32 species of birds in McLeod county today.  Here are a few of the species of birds we observed today:
 
Snow Goose - Gopher Campfire Sanctuary
Wild Turkey
Eurasian Collared-Dove - In the town of Stewart
Red-bellied Woodpecker
American Kestrel
Northern Shrike - Ras-Lynn WMA - along Kale Avenue
Horned Lark
Brown Creeper
Golden-crowned Kinglet - Lake Marion Regional Park
Snow Bunting
