Sat at 4 pm as the temp was 50 degrees, my wife and I spotted a Northern Shrike in a small shrub in the marsh across from the 1st parking lot at Lake Smetana, Eden Prairie.  Incongruous to see it without the snow and ice of Feb.  This marsh is the same spot where we have seen northern Shrikes in two previous years... Best,Bob TollesEdina, MN
